my shots are aggressive and not really well controlled. My serve is also aggressive. What raquet do you think wuld suit me?

Let me put a qualifier in first thing.

I ONLY WEAR SKIRTS! So please do not reccomend pants.

I am looking for ideas on maybe what types of materials and other things you wear?

Special gloves? boots? or just regular shoes? Thermals?

If you had a horrible team that needed serious rebuilding would you work or the defense first or the Offense.

Ex.2005 Raiders and Niners
Two poor teams.

Raiders appeared to focus on defense adding Kirk Morrison, Thomas Howard, and Michael Huff. The D greatly improved to 3rd in the League but their record decreased to 2-14.

Niners add Larry Allen, Antonio Bryant and Vernon Davis. The D plays poor 26th but the offense is enough to help them go 7-9.

Hatmaker has a ton of grappling and MMA DVD's and books. He makes no claims are desire to promote brazil jujitsu. I know catch as catch can was around long before brazilian jujitsu was popular. It was around before wrestling turned fake. So is Brazilian Jujitsu just a similar system to what we already had in the US? Is Hatmaker's system as good as Brazilian system?

I've found that throwing someone without a Gi is difficult when you are accustom to using the Gi. It isn't an easy transition. What Judo throws work the best without a Gi?

I only have one jujitsu practice a week. I have two Judo classes which are more geared toward family. I like to compete in jujitsu tournaments I just get gassed too fast and it impacts the results I have. So what could I do to increase my endurance? Is it as simple as jumping rope and running?
