I say can 'em both.

It's one thing to watch the Cs lose every night. It's another to watch them lose in the same way, to former team-mates, over and over again.

Doc Rivers for sure! The guy is a joke. Anyone in their right mind can see Doc can't coach worth of anything. He never settles on a rotation, he gives minutes to players who are having horrible nights or aren't completely 100% (Wally World anyone?), and he doesn't give minutes to players who need them to develop their game (Gerald Green anyone?) Rivers is so bad, he can actually make the college basketball team Iona Gaels who are 1-23 WORSE than they already are!

But as for Ainge, he has drafted some good players. But he's also made some bad trades. Not to mention, he is the one that supports Doc. Yea....fire them BOTH!

Ainge has to go. For an ex-Celtic he sure is trying to make this team look bad. Besides Pierce this team has no talent. Rivers is in a bad spot. I think he is a decent coach and is doing his best with the horrible team he has.

its not fair to can doc. he can only do so much with what he has. i mean he doesnt have his best player and everyone else on the team is very young and inexperienced. doc is a good coach i say the celtics should keep him.
ainge on the other hand makes isiah thomas look like einstein. he is a horrible GM. who in their right mind trades essentially brandon roy a future all star for sebastian telfair a unproven HS kid who will never amount to anything. ainge has made many bad decisions like trading ricky davis and blount for olowakandi and szczerbiak. ainge is stupid, i wouldnt be surprised if he traded their 2007 first round pick for pau gasol. which means he would give durant/oden for pau.

The Celtics already have an interior presence in the very gifted Al Jefferson. they actually already have a defender on the preserve/ahead position in Tony Allen. earlier to the draft they needed a good starting off center and a backup pg to Rondo. After the commerce for Allen, they nonetheless opt for a good center. i don't think of any participant accessible on the fifth p.c.. will sparkling up their center issues. trading for Ray Allen although, solves the placement that they are too youthful and eco-friendly. Ainge nonetheless has some more beneficial strikes to make. He ought to seem for a properly high quality center and a properly high quality pg, ideally using Gerald eco-friendly and Ratliff as commerce baits.

Ainge...

1. He built and destroyed the C's... think 'toine and truth then pfft...
2. Doc is playing his cards with this youngsters.
3. Doc proved he can coach... Think Magic circa TMAC (he carried the load but Doc coached excellently)
4. Truth can't carry the C's and it showed all the time...
5. He pinned his hope with D-Howard the last time he drafed and went bad...

Therefore conclude:

bad management and not bad coaching...

probably Danny Ainge should go. Doc Rivers is trying but there isn`t enough talent there to coach. They also have to many injurys.

I think Danny Ainge is the guy who should go. Rivers is trying everything he can.

No, can't base it on whats been happening too many injuries and the personal they have the Celt's need to take a good look at themselves over the summer and find out what they want to be and see what players can help them to become better.

I don't know, but it sure was funny when Robert Horry threw that towel in Danny Ainge's face.
