I'm 5'8, 130 pounds, and i only bench 135. Wresting season just ended for the year and I'm trying to get more bulk by next season and maybe bump up and couple weight classes. Does anyone know the best way for me to Work out to get the results i need for wrestling? I have a bench and dumbells and my house to work with if anyone has any suggestions.

I can't believe Teddy Long punshied him just for gloating about toying with the Undertaker by putting him in a match AGAIN against him. This is just like Teddy Long constantly harrassing MVP by putting him in match after match with Kane. And the only reason the Undertaker beat him again was because just like last time, The Miz wasn't allowed to use weapons and any means to defend himself, plus The Miz was not mentally ready for his match since once again, Teddy Long told him out of the blue, when Unertaker already knew and was prepared.

And how dare the Undertaker go ballistic on him and put him through a solid announcer table. That was very unsportsmanlike of the Undertaker.

Once again, the Undertaker already knew he was facing the Miz both times and was ready whereas The Miz was informed on short notice and not ready, and once again, The Undertaker's win over him was a fluke.

I'm going with the AFC West #1. The Chargers are clearly one of the best teams in te league. Jay Cutler in his second year should be even better and get them to a playoff. The Chiefs Damon Huard showed some great skill and Larry Johnson is still a top back. And oakland while not a good team has a great young Defense and plenty of potential in Jamarcus Russell.

Hey I was wondering what would be a good way to increase my kata speed. In sparring I'm really fast but in my kata's im just pretty fast but I want to get that quick crisp look that people like jet li and tony jaa have. My problem is I can go fast but when I go fast I usualy have poor stances or get can't continue fluently. Any training tips?
