i've ran distance like xc and mile,2mile, 5k's for a few years now. I think i want to try to take up sprints on track or hurdles though because distance isn't really working as great for me anymore. How do i go from being a distance runner to a sprinter?

Mark Jackson is better but it's close:
My reasons:
He ranks second in NBA history with 10,334 assist, he's averaged 2 double doubles threw out a season(87-88, 96-97), possesses 17 triple doubles, been to the finals(further then Nash ever been),
his assist high is 22 v.s. New Jersey 01-29-97, his rebound high is 16 v.s. Vancouver 1-22-97, named NBA rookie of the year(87-88),
matched the nba record for assist in one quarter(12) v.s. The Nets 1-20-97, appeared in the 1989 NBA All-Star Game, made five 3 pointers in one game v.s. Boston 4-20-89, his season best in assist is 11.4 apg, he ranks 20th in career steals with 1,608, he had better DEFENSE then Nash, and overall he was bigger & stronger then Nash.
Now to all you people who's letting the hype about Nash FOOL you. Nash is an average player that plays on the same level as a Mark Jackson. Nash is no MVP and never should of been! Mark Jackson didn't get props like that and he's better or as good as Nash in assist! That's racist!

How do I fix a hole in a basketball?

I know sure buying a new one is cheaper, but thats not what I'm interested in. I got a ball from the Harlem Globtrotters and it got popped, its not signed by any Globetrotters, but I dont want to wait till the come back in town, or buy another Globetrotter ball. So if anyone knows a product to patch it so it still will bounce and wont look bad, please tell me.

Has anybody heard of the new WWE Film that is supposedly in production?

I was searching john cena in yahoo and I clicked on his IMDb page and it has a movie called Journey of the Deadman that is in production. Its an action film about: A modern-day Western where gangs, drug trafficking and broken codes of honor rule. Starring in the movie is Triple H, John Cena, The Undertaker, Bobby Lashley, Shawn Michaels, Batista, Big Show, and Kane. I was wondering if anybody had heard of this besides me? Thanks.
