I'm 5'8, 130 pounds, and i only bench 135. Wresting season just ended for the year and I'm trying to get more bulk by next season and maybe bump up and couple weight classes. Does anyone know the best way for me to Work out to get the results i need for wrestling? I have a bench and dumbells and my house to work with if anyone has any suggestions.

It is my experiance that technique and stamina are more important then size and weight. I've had to wrestle up weight classes before, sometimes giving away 20 pounds to my opponent, and I've beaten or at least keep a close match with all of them by simply out wrestling and outlasting them.
