I'll rank them for ya:
1. AFC North. 2 great teams in Baltimore and Cincy, a Pittsburgh team that has all the makings for a team to rebound in 2007, and some of the fiercest rivalries in the game are in this division.
2. AFC West. You hit it right on the head. 3 teams that can compete, a divison loaded with playmakers (LaDainian Tomlinson, Antonio Gates, Larry Johnson, Javon Walker, Randy Moss, LaMont Jordan, etc.) and that's just offensively!, and every single team (well, maybe the Chiefs) have a good defense.
3. NFC East. They had 3 teams (Giants, Eagles, Cowboys) go to the playoffs, a 4th team (the Redskins) that is very talented as well but had to get used to a new quarterback (Jason Campbell), and again there are some very good rivalries in this divison.
4. NFC South. New Orleans has an explosive offense, Carolina was many peoples' pick to win the Super Bowl, Atlanta has a chance to be really good with Petrino at the healm, and a struggling team in Tampa that could be better though if they get Calvin Johnson to go along with that good defense.
5. AFC East. New England ALWAYS competes, New York is doing very good with Mangini as head coach, Miami has a good defense to go along with a hopefully healthy Culpepper, and Buffalo has maybe the most explosive player in the league with Lee Evans and they also have Takeo Spikes, Aaron Schoebel, and maybe they get back Nate Clements. That's a good D.
6. NFC West. This division has 4 offenses that are loaded with great players (San Fran has Frank Gore and Vernon Davis, Seattle has Alexander and a 4 WR set, St. Louis has Steven Jackson and one of the best quarterbacks in the league in Bulger, and Arizona has Edge James, Anquan Boldin, and Larry Fitzgerald) and every team has the ability to win the divison (is that a positive thing?)
7. AFC South. They have Indy, but Houston, Jacksonville, and Tennessee all have mediocre offenses and defenses.
8. NFC North. Besides Chicago, who is in that division again?

I am gonna say the AFC North because the Bengals are a good team that had a few bad breaks, you can never count the Steelers out, and the Ravens were 13-3 and not much of that team is gonna change. Even the Browns have potential with the amount of talent they have, although I wouldnt look for them to be any better because of the other 3 teams in their division.
The NFC East is tuff to. They had 3 playoff teams.

That's the obvious choice but watch out for the AFC South (Indianapolis, Tennessee, Jacksonville, and Houston) and the AFC East (New England, New York Jets, Buffalo, and Miami). Tennessee is only going to get better as VY matures, and Jacksonville is only a few lucky breaks away from contending in the AFC. Houston has aways to go but they always end up beating some quality teams. Buffalo is very close to contending and if Daunte Culpepper plays to his potential Miami could do some damage

AFC North. Very Physical teams in the Steelers and Ravens, and the Bengals are getting into that as well. Yeah the Browns aren't that great but the West has the Raiders so um about even in worst teams.

AFC North. The three top teams are all winning teams that are very physical and they wear other teams down. Any of the three teams could probably win the Super Bowl next yeat.

in AL often is the east via Yankees, purple Sox, Rays, Blue Jays, and Orioles. In NL between the east via fact they have Mets, Braves, Marlins, and Philies (nationals suck). And the toughest branch usual is the AL east via fact, all the communities their have gained the branch, Al penant, and worldwide sequence (the Rays are the only ones who have not gained the worldwide sequence on that branch).
