Options include, Chris Paul, LeBron James, Dwayne Wade, Carmelo Anthony, Yao, Bosh, D Howard, Amare but NO Greg Oden, Kevin Durant, Derrick Rose, ect. You can choose Kobe or Nowitzki, but I personally would prefer someone 25 or younger.
I would go for Dwight Howard for a couple reasons. He's the greatest physical specimen in the NBA today. 6'11", 265 lbs, a 7'6 windspan and a 38" vertical is downright scary. He's got a quickness and agility unmatched by anyone at his size. He's got an improving midrange game, and is an underrated ball handler and passer. The upside that he has puts him in legendary category. David Robinson, Hakeem Olajuwon, Moses Malone... Plus he has the motivation, the drive, and the persona to be a star. He's only 21 and is already a top 10 big man, including the PF of the west. He's got too much going for him for me to take anyone else. Although LeBron, because of his size, 6'8" 240, and right now, underutilizes passing ability is a close second.
