i guarantee you that there will be quite a lot of people who will say "go with a Burton" ... Burton are great and all but they're not always the best. There are so many snowboard companies out there to choose from. You need to find a board that suits your riding style.
To find a board that is more suitable for you, we need to know more about you and how you snowboard. are you a beginner/intermediate? do you freestyle, freeride, or like the speed?
if its your first board, are you ready to blow a lot of money on your new setup or would a cheaper/ebay board be more suitable so you can upgrade later. if its your first snowboard, you might bang up your new board and get scratches and dents everywhere. so a cheaper board might be the go until you get more comfortable with riding.
For some ideas on what boards and companies are out there check out the "Good Wood" Boards of 2007 http://www.transworldsnowboarding.com/snow/products/article/0,26719,1543608,00.html

It really depends on what type of riding you want to do most entry level boards are basically all mountain boards which means they are neither percifically freestyle or freeride they are a bit of both and are the type of board most peple go for when they start off. But if you are percifically wanting to do freestyle jib type riding most jib boards are really easy to ride and therefore are suitable for a entry level rider if that is the type of riding they want to do.
Ive listed some boards below with their size which is nearest to your 159 spec.
All mountain
Buton Clash 160
K2 Select 158
Palmer Pulse 158 - 160

Atomic Hatchet 159

i would recommend that you rent. this way you dont waste you money on a entrey level board and you can spend it on a better one. You can usually rent for a season so you can get use to one board. good luck
