It is around $15 where I live.

Depends on how big the conference and the size of the arena as well as other factors. For example- in New Jersey Rutgers and Seton Hall charge about $20 for tickets, but at a Monmouth, FDU, or Rider, they may cost as little as $10. They also do not charge special prices for television- maybe for big rivarly games or against a high ranked opponent.

It's different all over the place like one college you had this ticket. When you went to another of that colleges sport event you got punched and when you got 2 you got a free game of basketball to watch

At Pitt you can get decent seats for around $20. And I dont think it matters if its televised or not.
