It depends on if you're in a public or private league. I don't think they count though...

No, because goals during the shootout do not count on players actual stats. But your goalie does get the win or the loss.

That depends on the specific rules of your fantasy league, but as shootout goals are not goals for a player in the NHL, probably not.

it all depends on setting in your league, but no matter what it counts for your goalie because you either get the win or lose.
