I think it's very very difficult to capture the essence of the music especially when skaters use Ravel's Bolero because the music's repetitive throughout and it's easily to just skate the same throughout without showing a contrast in speed and style.

I'm coaching 5th to 8th graders as a volunteer and I can't find this on any of the websites for youth coaches. I was taught, oh so many years ago, to set a screen with feet apart, arms almost crossed over the chest, elbows out. Is this still ok or have the rules changed in the 20 years since I learned?

I just recieved a post on website, http://rpg.horsenutty.com/phpBB2/index.php about whether or not horse racing is cruel. What is it about Barbaro that has made the entire world decide this sport is more cruel than slaugther?
What is it about barbaro that has the media making his death out to be as great a tragedy as 9/11? Why are uninformed people buying into this story??? No really I want to know why more people are following this story than the presidential race.

I was wondering; is the safest riding style a western saddle, sidesaddle, english sadle, australian saddle, or something else entirely? I know that the safety of riding depends on the experiance of the rider and so on, but which sadle is consered to be the safest for general pleasure riding?
