Gilbert Arenas his team is over .500 just for the record. He's gone over 40 7 times, and over 50 twice. Not to mention he has 13 buzzer-beaters 7 of which are game winners. Or Steve Nash.

Ill say nash is my mvp, its annoying how people on this answers thing keeps saying nash couldnt score 81 points? or couldnt hit a 35 footer. But they seem to forget that in nashs best game this season the pheonix-new jersey game if you total points and points that hes created through assists you get into the seventy point bracket anyway oh thats judging roughly on his assist all being for two point baskets and he averages around twenty points and twelve assists which means he contributes at least 34 points to his team a game and thats without taking into account the suns three point shooting that im sure he assists on those, and as for the 35 footer he does shoot like 45% from the 3point line so im guessing theres a high probability he could make that whether it be in game time or when hes practicing (oh and im a wizards fan and as good as agent zero is and i do believe were not the same team without him i dont think he is consistent enough in his shooting)

I am going to go with Steve Nash again. He has won it the past two years, he is having an even better year this year (stats wise anyways), and the Suns are the only basketball team to have to 15+ game winning streaks this year. I will go on a limb and say MVP for the year and for the finals. Yes he is that good.

im sorry but i beg to differ. Arenas has 2 other all-stars on his team and they're barely a .500 team with him. Arenas on my list is 4th in voting behind Dirk, Nash, and Kobe.

ARENAS IS BY FAR THE ONE GUY WHO HIS TEAM CANNOT WIN WITHOUT. NASH 'S TEAM DOES NOT DEPEND ON HIM AS MUCH AS THE WIZZ DEPENDS ON AGENT ZERO TO THOUROUGHLY DOMINATE THE OPPONENT'S BACKCOURT EVERY SINGLE GAME JUST TO GIVE THEM A SHOT AT WINNING. NASH CANNOT TAKE OVER A GAME LIKE ARENAS. HE CAN'T SHOOT A 35 FOOT JUMP SHOT LIKE ARENAS EITHER. NOR HAS HE EVER DROPPED 60 POINTS IN A SINGLE GAME WHILE BEING GUARDED BY KOBE BRYANT WHO HAPPENS TO BE A GREAT DEFENDER. NASH IS NO BETTER THAN JOHN STOCKTON WAS IN THE 1980'S AND 90'S IN UTAH. ARENAS IS GOING TO BE MVP THIS YEAR IF THE SPORTSWRITERS LIKE IT OR NOT. BECASUE IF THEY MAKE SOMEONE ELSE MVP, ANYONE ELSE BESIDES GILBERT ARENAS, THEY KNOW THAT THEY WILL LOSE ALOT OF FANS. AND IF STEVE NASH WINS FOR A THIRD STRAIGHT YEAR I AM GOING TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT AS FACT: "THE SPORTSWRITERS, AND PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE FOR VOTING FOR NBA LEAGUE AWARDS ARE RACIST, AND THE LEAGUE IS FIXED. THE LEADRES OF THE NBA'S GOVERNING BODY AND SPORTSWRITERS WHO COVER THE NBA ARE NO BETTER THAN THE MAFIA AND ARE ALL NAZIS."
