i mean this is ridiculous they lost to one of the worst team's in the league. there terrible i mean dude they cant shoot a free throw for there life lebron cant even shoot a free throw. i just think they need to have a hole practice on shooting free throws because its emrassing like it was tonight when they faced the 76ers. they could of won the game won it but of course like the cavs usually do not make free throws and that costs them the game and also they need to have a point guard i mean phili was 26-27 from the free throw line that's emarissing when the cavs were only16 from 34 from the line . what do you think the cavs need to do to be a elete team in the nba. oh and i went to the game tonight and they had there opportunities but theyt blew it but not makin free throws and there defense sucks and so do the referees lol

I take a lot of pics in all types of natural settings. I am still a bit confused at everything that my camera (Canon Powershot A530) will do. It does give me many "AUTO" options, but that only focuses on what the camera thinks the focal point is. Also, I cannot add any additional lens' to my camera. Does anyone have a trick they use to take a pic of something below the water without the glare (my camera is not waterproof). I know that if I could change my lens, I could get a filter, but that isn't an option. Do you know of something I could rig, or use, or make myself? Also any other tricks that you may have found useful in the undergroth, along water, sunsets, animals, Anything nature. Thanks

Hi guys and girls,

Well~! This might seem like the sort of perverted question.
Like who wants to endure another punch after another in the tummy?
But yea, I'm in that situation.
And i really need to know if there are any methods you would use to harden your stomach, or make it more bearable to take another, when your opponent has pulled back to take another swing at your stomach.

Are there any other methods, physical or mental to prepare my body for more punches?

I also read around and found out that, doing crunches and having someone something to pound on your flexed abs will help muscles grow. how true is that?? and if true, how long would it take before I can stomach 20 deliberate punches??

And having more air in the stomach while receiving a punch hurts more?

Its time for me to replace my old 3/2 wetsuit and I'm considering a drysuit (of the Ocean Rodeo variety). I do not surf, or wind surf. I only kitesurf in various places along the California coast. The one disadvantages I see to a drysuit is the inability to relieve yourself when your bladder tells you its full without actually getting out of the water and partially removing the suit.

Seriously. I ask a question and some kid says Carlos Boozer is getting old. Lol. Kobe Bryant is 28 and yet people arent saying he is getting old. Same as T-Mac and a bunch of other star players out there.

Not Steve Nash again. His numbers are not the best in the NBA plus in the offense that he plays in everyone has good numbers. Deduct 10% from his points, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, etc. and tell me if he's MVP. Stupid voters can't even understand that the Suns score alot of points.

Hi, I am trying to develop the three parts of the deltoids. I have been training for many years and although I am not as big as some guys I do have strong and defined shoulders. I do alot of running and cardio so this should give you an idea of my build. i do heavy weights about 5 times a week at the moment, and although i am happy with my overall physique I would like to build on my shoulders. I am in a job abroad at the moment where i have alot of time on my hands and i am looking at defining the three heasds of the shoulder particularly the middle, outer portion. Does anyone have any tips, as one of the guys i saw had the same lean physique as me, not massive at all. Yet all three heads ofthe deltoids were very exagerated and obvious that it was very impressive. Any web sites or training tips from people who know exactly what to do and not just guessing,in other words I am very experienced but want guidance so no comments from people that are just guessing and in experienced.Thanks

They're both disgruntled and would like a change of pace, they're both low block players (although their games are a little different), the salaries would be close to the same, and I think they'd bring a fresh fire to each team they wound up with. Makes too much sense so it will probably never happen. What do you think? (I'm a Grizz fan, so if you have alternate thoughts, I'd like to hear them regarding Gasol and not O'Neal.
