Not anytime soon. They need to be better prepared than they were last time. They need to be able to hold a large capacity in their city. When they Super Bowl was there, many people complained that they were having to go to hotels out of town. The NFL even had to make roon for its personnel in out of town hotels. Also the people that stayed out of toen were less likely to come to Jacksonville before the game and spend their money on other NFL sponsored venues.

The city also had lousy enetertainment venues. There were not as many clubs and convention centers for the NFL to host shows and conventions. Instead they tried to pack hordes of people into smaller venues.

The weather also played a big part. It was cold. The NFL likes warm weather area because they want the people to come out of their hotels and into the streets where the NFL parties are. Detroit was made an exception last year because the country is on a kick about trying to revitalize Detroit. It still had a domed stadium though. The NFL believes that if it gets too cold at the game, people will be less likely to attend and show that they are having fun.

Of course Jacksonville will host the big game again. However, since they just hosted it a few years ago, I doubt if it will be any time in the near future. If the city gets its act together and gets better accomodations, I expect you'll see the SB played there in maybe 10 years. Let's face it, there really aren't too many warm weather locations better than Jacksonville to hold a Super Bowl!

It will, but first they have to prove that they can get more hotels. The only problem with them last time was that the players families were running out of places to stay. Because of this, Raymond James Stadium in Tampa has a better chance of getting it soon, but Jacksonville isnt far behind.

I don't think so. The super bowl tends to circulate around the country, it'll be a while when the super bowl will return to jacksonville.

Sure it'll get its turn again because the Super Bowl mostly rotates among those stadiums in the South and in California (for the good winter weather).

There's so many Super Bowls being played in Florida in the future, I doubt there will be one soon.

Unless Florida can manage to steal another one from a helpless city's grasp.

possibly, but not anytime soon.
the locations for the next 3 are already chosen
XLII- in Gendale Arizona
XLIII- in Tampa Bay Florida
XLIV- in Miami, Florida (again)

maybe Jacksonville is next just because it is the final florida team

Probably but not for a while. There's quite a few locations that are suitable that haven't hosted in a while.
