I'm considering buying a joint support supplement to help me for the next few weeks while i recover from having terrible runner's knee. Any suggestions on a product or brand? Has this worked for you?

I have been offered a trade to trade my player jermain oneal for dwight howard. I know dwight has a ton of upside. But his low post moves dont exist yet, although he still scores. Concerned over his FT% too. Oneal still has a good couple of years in him, although he does get injured and loses games. Im in a keeper league and wanted your thoughts
