Wrestling is a great sport for high school kids. It teaches them great lessons. It teaches all kids self discipline and to never quit. Wrestling has taught me many great lessons that i will never forget. It is the most physically demanding of all high school sports. But, it can be the most fun once you start to win. Also, wrestling teaches you humility because it is impossible to be good your very first time wrestling.

uh... it doesn't. People do it because they enjoy it. Teenagers in my high school enjoy it, and are really good at it. It's a sport just like any other.
