If the Saints win the Superbowl or even go for that matter, will you think the NFL is fixed? Not necessarily be 100% convinced, but will that "what if" be in the back of your mind?-

BTW-I'm a Saints fan from Louisiana. It wouldn't bother me in the slightest-besides, EVERTHING here is fixed.

I kinda feel the same way, because if, you remember, the Patriots won the Superbowl the year the towers fell. Now, a year after Katrina the Saints are great? Was Charlie Casserly paid off to draft Mario Williams, which right now looks to be the worst decision this side of Sam Bowie? Was Drew Brees' shoulder really hurt? Probably all farfetched, but its fun to "what if". I am still pulling for the Saints though.

Not necessarily about the Saints, but I have been very leary ever since the Pitt/Indy game last year when Polamalu obviously intercepted that pass. As for the New Orleans stuff, they have a lot of really good players, and there is no way that their fixing their games. I think all the publicity gets to peoples minds and makes them think that because of what happened in that region that New Orleans could have fixed the games.

If the Saints play the Colts then Oh yeah I will almost wager it is fixed. If the Saints get there I will continue to wonder. I wondered about Elway going and winning back to back before retiring after losing 2 or 3. I wondered who payed Neil O'Donnell to cost the Steelers Superbowl XXX(30). There are a few others I questioned.

Look at the Saints team.. they have alot of talent. Brees, Colston, Bush, Mccalister ect ect. With the offensive weapons they have they dont need any extra help to win games. If there is anything going on it would be the fact they are playing with more heart and detrminination then many other teams are.

No. If it was fixed the Patriots would have won that superbowl after 9/11.

I don't think it is fixed, like boxing.
But, I do believe that it is skewed.
The play calling and ref calls sometimes make me really wonder why the better team doesn't win. (Example: San Diego last weekend).

No, its not...
The Saints are a product of good off season moves (Brees) good veteran presence (Horn, McAllister) and a great draft (Bush, Colston).

Better said that is there politics in the NFL??
A very good friend of mine "Otis Sistrunk" that played for the Oakland Raiders attended one of my party's back in 1987. I asked him is there Politics in Football and he replied and looked at me and said "I don;t want to talk about Football. I just want to enjoy your party."
With respect to my question to Otis you have to respect that Mans wishes. The question remains unanswered, but go figure!!!!
