I'm just curious b/c there was a guy who I was dating who had a few of superstitions for his favorite teams or fantasy players. Some were simple like wearing a lucky shirt on gameday while some were complex like standing a certain way in a certain part of the room for a big 3 down conversion play. Crazy thing is that it really did seem to work!!!
I know this is a definite guy thing. Anyone care to share their rituals, superstitions etc.

I know it wasn't pretty, but winning is not alway's pretty! Thats because we leave allot of carnage on the field, in more ways than one. We tear them up mentaly, physicaly, what ever it takes to win. Tomko came out with Cage, but Jim Cornette came out to assign Tomko to a cage near the ring to avoid outside interference from him. On the outside, Cage bulldogged Abyss on the entrance ramp and slams Sting on the floor. Shock treatment by Abyss, but Cage barely kicked out. Cage went for the frog splash, but Abyss catches him and chokeslams Christian. Blackhole slam by Abyss on Christian, but the referee attended to Tomko who had a hold of Sting through the cage. Scorpion death drop by Sting, and Abyss is eliminated at 5:35. We are going to have a new champion tonight. Abyss chokes Sting, and leaves him lifeless in the ring. Cage worked over Sting.Abyss came out and went after Tomko. He throws Tomko back in the cage. Cage missed a belt shot. Unprettier by Sting, Cage kicked out. Cage hit the frog splash to win at 13:15 to win the NWA World title.

At a recent swim meet I went 2:03.90 in my 200 Free, but a 59.50 in my 100 and a 27.50 in my 50. My best times in the 100 and 50 are 58.00 and 25.90, respectively, but those times were from about a month ago and I definitely should've improved on those by now. Comparatively, my 200 Free time a month ago was a 2:08.30. I definitely have the ability to break 25.00 in my 50 and 57.00 in my 100, but it just isn't happening. I think it's just mental, and if anyone has a suggestion to improve my mental preparation for sprints, I'd really appreciate it.
