i am one f the only girls in my grade who do it how can i get better

if your on like your school's track and feild team, then ask your coach if it would be possible to work out in the weight room (if your school has one)after school or durring a free block or something...work mostly with upper body equiptment like bench pressing...also, you might want to try just lifting weights while doing lunges or squats(helps with balance)

but don't overwork your body because you can get serious injuries...work like 2-4 times a week for like an hour

also, stay away from junk foods and eat leaner meat, and add more organic fruits and vegtables to your diet if you can.

Another way is to master basics like your release on both the events as this is one of the most important areas in both events. This include when to let go, throwing angle and more
