The Chargers have had basically the same crew for the past 3-6 years and now they seem to start to gell. John Elway lost three Superbowls, before winning three. The Chargers are going to have to show the same dedication if they want to win the Superbowl.
The Chargers weakness this game was in the offense. They turned the ball over too many times and never really capitalized on all the turnovers New England gave them.

San Diego gave away the game. They should have won by at least a field goal.Schottenheimer is a great regular season coach but his teams have still never won a playoff game.He should be replaced with a coach that can win on the big stage like Bill Cowher.

First of all, I'm a Patriots fan and am thrilled they won, but you can't seriously believe that the Chargers choked. Both teams played a hard fought game, and the Patriots were lucky to catch a few breaks at the end and win it.
As for the sad faces, it's hard when your team's season ends abruptly, especially at home.

Im not a san diego fan( im a Ravens fan) and i didn't care about the charger that much. im already depressed from the ravens game. But i would pronbably of rather seen NE lose. They have one too many superbowls......i think the SD ppl are probably more depressed them i am because it was such a close game

Sorry patriot fans, if you don't think the chargers choked this game away, then your blind. They handed this game to you on a silver platter. Four tounovers for 14 pts? Stupid personal fouls that kept drives alive? Idiot coach wasting a crucial time out? Good job, you took what the San Diego choke artist gave you.

as sad as it is look at the coaches record.from now all the way the browns
Now don't say its NOT the coaches fault, he has had a lot of talented players. that with the right coaching would/did
do many awesome things.

They were bummed because of all the pasty, fat east coasters that are now going to move to San Diego and bring their girlfriends who look like a bag of white powdered doughnuts stuffed in hooded fleece. I have an idea, go eat a crab cake and listen to your Bon Jovi tape.
