whats the best way to go from a 5 step to a 3 step???
i currently do a 5 step, but i feel like i have to slow myself down in order to get the 5 steps in
ive tried 3 steps once or twice during practice, but ive been too scared to jump cuz it seems like i wont make it over
anything i can do to make the transition better/easier???
i would like to do a 3 step as soon as possible so i can improve my times- 5 step makes me feel sooo slow
im only 5'2", so my strides are shorter than most peoples and i dont want to do a 4 step and have to switch my lead leg

Her wrestling moves REFLECT Lita's aerial moves and in the ring moves. Her style DEPICTS the free rocker/punk Lita is... that is the only style in the divas that strongly stood out. Her FISHNETS are what Lita did. Her THEME SONG doesn't even sound original--like a mix of trish and lita's theme song. You should listen to it. She's dated Matt Hardy Is it just me or is she just trying to be the LITA that retired. For you lita fans, it hurts to see such a good relationship between her and matt... go just to waste over such a stupid thing. And to see someone so NON-COMPARABLE like Ashley who stupidly got into the WWE for just being the eye candy in a diva search for her fake boobs... is TRYING to be like the LITA who worked HARD and stood out of the rest of the divas to get where she was today.... it hurts to see the wwe put their new divas into this biz like this. and the rest of you lita fans... do you know how hard it is to see her and matt's relationship go to waste? lita is original..

Am I the only Jet fan here!Look they are having a surprising year under Eric Mangenius and they have alot of new talented players which most teams don't have and Pennington could win the comeback player of the year award.Sure he might not have alot of arm strength but no Quarterback is perfect.Who knows what'll they do in the playoffs, they could go all the way.

You football fans have to see the jets are something special,the reason why you should believe me is cause I'm also a yankee fan

If you were a wrestler in the WWE...

What would your in-ring name be? Mine would be Mr. Elite, because Elite means the Best of them all.

What would your entrance song be? Mine would probably be the Wanksta by 50 Cent instrumental or the It Ends Tonight by the All-American Rejects instrumental.

What would be your finishing move? Mine would be a leap from the top rope with your hands in a pushup position to slam your opponent. Called the "Suicide Drop." I would also have a lock called The Golden Holdin'. In this move, you choose a particular arm of your opponent in the beginning of the match, and work on that arm. Do whatever you can to get pain into that arm. Then, when you're ready to apply the move, you have your opponent lay on the floor, chest facing the floor, and you take that arm of his and put 1 of your hands under it, lay on him, and pull hard.

What would be your ring attire? I'd wear pants with my name on it, and those boots that other superstars wear.

I did full contact karate at a fairly advanced level I am a 2nd dan kyu kushin kai black belt holder. I've fought other martial artists including muay thai fighters who are probably the best strickers after boxers, tai kwando honestly is the lamest art invented and just a big show, there isnt a single tkd middle weight fighter i cant take on. I now do boxing though the only downside to boxing are the bloody blows to the head a practioner takes but it only takes one good punch to drop the toughest opponent. A good example is Chuck Lidell, he enters the ring and wastes no time with the fancy kicks,he goes straight for the head with them punches and boy do they drop. Boxing and grappling arts I think are more effective than karate what do you think?
