I cannot decide. They are both very talented superstars in the business. Randy Orton is a very well talented former World Heavyweight champion and is the Legend Killer. Shawn Michaels is the Heart Break Kid, the Icon, he has beaten some of the greatest legends, he put Bret Hart into the sharpshooter, if you recall the "Montreal Screwjob", and he is a former Grand Slam champion. Randy Orton has also won the Intercontinental title and is currently one half of Rated-RKO (the World Tag Team champions.) Shawn Michaels at one time held every single title in the business, except for the Women's title, since it is impossible for him. So, in conclusion, I don't know exactly who I'd choose, but I would have to go with Shawn Michaels (HBK.)

I think Randy would win a match against Shawn Micheals because he has already done that. I think that it would depend on if Triple H and Edge were in the corners.
At Unforgiven 2003 on September 21, Orton defeated Shawn Michaels in what would be the first of many a high profile match billed as "Legend vs. Legend Killer."

i'd guess on HBK 2 win basically beacuse they a ment to have a rematch & this would b the perfect probability besides HBK would kick randys *** & at backlash HBK will win the WWE identify and characteristic it 4 over a three hundred and sixty 5 days and then lose it 2 side

Orton! cause HBK gets worn out quick!And without HHH he is helpless! I'm a DX fan but I am also a RKO LOVER! I just have to choose what I think...and it's Randy Orton!

HBK has experience, skill and speed on his side, he could run rings around Randy Orton, all Orton does well is the RKO and drop kicks.

if it was a one on one match(with no HHH or EDGE) it would be hard to decide... shawn would own randy for the starting of the match then randy would gather some momentom and domenate shawn. soon shawn would be out of breath and out of luck. when shawn gets worn out he usely has HHH at his corner to back him up but with out HHH i see randy winning (i cant belive i said that but its the truth(i am a big dx fan))
