Her wrestling moves REFLECT Lita's aerial moves and in the ring moves. Her style DEPICTS the free rocker/punk Lita is... that is the only style in the divas that strongly stood out. Her FISHNETS are what Lita did. Her THEME SONG doesn't even sound original--like a mix of trish and lita's theme song. You should listen to it. She's dated Matt Hardy Is it just me or is she just trying to be the LITA that retired. For you lita fans, it hurts to see such a good relationship between her and matt... go just to waste over such a stupid thing. And to see someone so NON-COMPARABLE like Ashley who stupidly got into the WWE for just being the eye candy in a diva search for her fake boobs... is TRYING to be like the LITA who worked HARD and stood out of the rest of the divas to get where she was today.... it hurts to see the wwe put their new divas into this biz like this. and the rest of you lita fans... do you know how hard it is to see her and matt's relationship go to waste? lita is original..

ashley is not.
SORRY if you guys fell for the stupid story line between her and edge. lita is really an incredible person in life.. yes, she did break matt hardy's heart and that is wrong of her. but besides, that look at the big picture. incredible wrestler and diva. i wish she never did this to matt hardy, they were an AWESOME couple. she'll bounce back though -- and the future is sill there. you never know.. maybe they can get back together.

I wish WWE never involved Lita in such terrible storylines.
If Lita was still in the WWE, you would definitely see how ashley is just copying lita.
Lita, all around, is just better.

I'm NOT saying that if Ashley dates Lita's ex she wants to be like her... I'm saying WHY does she MOSTLY resemble the acts of LITA who now has retired. Who cares what motivates Ashley to be like Lita, I'm not pointing fingers at her or saying that because of an ex issue, she wants to become like Lita.. SO why is ASHLEY so much resembling LITA?

yeah i agree, ashely tries to dress punk, which is pretty fake becuase outside the ring she wears all these preppy clothes, she listens to rock, she also dated Matt Hardy and now she is trying the headscissors and the hurricanrana, ppft. Lita >Ashley.

Man I know Ashley she is incredible, she is nothing like Lita at all, say if you know some dating your ex, does that mean he wants to be you?Wtf man common use your brains, she was always a rocker, if you like a certain type of music that makes you a copycat?Wtf. Ashley is a wonderful diva, I'm not taking anything away from Lita, she is great.

I agree with you...Although I like Ashley, she is not original. She acts like Lita when Lita first came to WWE. She acts like the Lita we like before all this **** with Edge. I can't believe the WWE even tried to make a new Team Xtreme (Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy and Lita) by putting on a team with high flying moves with: Paul London, Brian Kendrick and Ashley. I really think that because Team Xtreme was arguably one of the greatest stables/tag teams, and the fans liked them, that WWE try to remake another one. Who can blame WWE, they were probably the only wrestling team/stable to ever make it in the cover of The Rolling Stones Magazine. That's how famous they were.
For Ashley, I don't blame her for copying Lita's ways, but I blame the WWE story writers for trying to recreate a new Team Xtreme. They tried to make Ashley like Lita, however she can't even compare to Lita's level of wrestling. Lita is highly considered one of the greatest female wrestlers in WWE, due to the fact that she changed the whole female role in the WWE single handedly. She was one of the two females to do this, Chyna is the other one.She was one of the only few divas to defeat a male wrestler in a wrestling match, th only diva to be involved in a TLC match, and the one of the only 2 divas to be involved in a cage match, the other one os Victoria. Her high flying moves like that of the Hardy Boyz is very unique among women wrestlers and she was the first to do this making her stand out among female wrestlers.
I have no idea why WWE tried to recreate Lita and for that matter tried to recreate Team Xtreme. Cause it will take probably another century to find a stable as successful and beloved as Team Xtreme. Who knows, they might try to recreate Trish Stratus, because I'm already seeing hints of a new Trish Stratus through Candice Michelle. She acts like how Trish Straus first came to WWE, and although she still not as good in wrestling( just how Trish Stratus first started) she might do well, due to the fact that Trish Stratus became a better wrestler while training with Finlay during an injury, and Candice Michelle have an injury right now, she might be training.
All these facts might lead to a new Trish Stratus VS Lita feud if successful, for the reason that these 2 divas feud were arguably the greatest diva rivalry of all time.
It might be Candice Michelle VS Ashley pretty soon.

i personally really like amy dumas (lita) but the lita gimmick and storylines jus made her lose all respect and she has been called a prostitute and gets hate mail coz she screwed matt.
but she has been the best female wrestler, she could actually wrestle unlike today's divas who hardly do anything apart from takin their clothes off, lita has been in a cage match! she has given so much to wrestling, and its really sad to no she has retired because her character affected her personal life....THNK U LITA!

I think so too but Ashley isn't as big as a *S*l*u*t* as Lita is/was.. I like Ashley but I can't stand lita anymore... I wish that Trish wouldn't have retired cuz she was an awesome wrestler...

it is just you..... Ashley has her own sense in style, she is like punk rock and lita is (wannabe) hardcore. lita is a ho and Ashley isnt........ and unlike lita Ashley knows how to keep her legs closed!
