I know in kung-fu, they punch with a twisting motion utilizing their body weight. Some western boxers punch like this also. When they do a right punch, they would put their weight on their left (lead ) leg and pivot on the balls of their right (rear ) foot and twist throwing their weight into the punch.

Do kung-fu styles punch in the same manner? I heard from some that they do while others say they don't pivot their feet, both remain flat on the ground. I think if you are throwing your body weight into the punch, you do have to pivot at least one foot.

The Pittsburgh Penguins have been looking into options for moving. Will Milwaukee ever be a relocation possibility? Back in the 80s and early 90s Milwaukee was a great hockey town and it looked like the city was going to get a hockey team. I don't know if it would work now, but what do you think? Will Milwaukee ever get a NHL team in the near future?

they have the yellow first down line and it moves with the game but when the players step on it the line doesnt show through

My boyfriend is an active paintball player. He has is regular gun, and all of his extra equipment. Because I don't know the specifics of this equipment, I am looking to buy him an additonal gun. I know he doesn't need a new paintball regulation paintball gun. I saw these 'pistol' guns on television. ['Law and Order' and 'CSI:'] I really want to get him him one of these. They basically look like a gun and shoot paintballs. He's mentioned that he wants to get one of these when he gets the chance. If I'm not mistaken, you can't use them in the actual games. I am NOT looking for what I believe are called airsoft guns [they shoot little pellets and have a red tip. He already has plenty of these] Any help towards this, such as what the guns are called/a good model, or even a good website is greatly appreciated. If it makes a difference, he is left-handed.

I just bought new goalie pads today for the first time in about 8 years (RBK 5K's) and while I've figured out how to strap them on for the most part, there's a shoe lace attached to the bottom of the pad that I'm unsure of.

I'm assuming I'm supposed to re-lace my skates with the lace attached to the pads. Meaning, I would need to unlace and the re-lace my skates every game to remove my pads. Is this right?

i'm trying to figure out what to get. i'm going to get the compression undergarments but do i get long sleeve and pants or short sleeves and shorts. if you get short sleeves do you get cold on your calves and forearms? and is the one-piece uncomfortable? or is that a good one to get? what do you guys have and suggest?

If Yao is still out with his leg during the All star break, but he is the leading vote getter, what happens, are his votes ignored or does he still like participate in whatever way, i.e. sit on the bench with the guys, and secondly, Shaq has been injured alot and not very Effective all season, I never thought he was that great, just massive, but especially this year, why are so many people voting for him. And why not so many votes for Kidd even though he is averaging almost a triple double and has as many as like the whole rest of the league

Vince Youngs team is just ok at best, but since Vince took the starting position, they win, by any means neccesary. Is it this auora that he has his biggest benifit. He seems to make everyone around him, even the special teams and defense play better. He still has a lot to prove but are his ability and attitude (or whatever it is about him that brought the Titans from 0-5 to 8-7) what make him already positioned to be the best ever.

..instead of professional wrestling (WWE) ?? I really think he would have dominated the pro bodybuilding arena with that physique and that height . He might have won 1/2 Mr. Olympia s if he would have become a pro bodybuilder, but maybe WWE has more money and he had other visions , who knows !!?

I'm looking to get back in shape after several years of no exercize or sports. I want to get into aerobic and anaerobic shape, but I don't wanna spend more than 30-45 minutes a day, three or four days a week. I don't particularly like weights, but I do want to build my muscles. I really enjoy sports though, but it's hard to play team sports more than once a week with my schedule. I don't mind jogging or running or cycling, but doing just one over and over again I find tedious. Any suggestions?
