At this point in the season it is unlikely that the 49ers will make the playoffs they need to win out while the Seahawks lose out. With that said, next year the niners will own the west. In two games against the Seahawks that have shown that they are clearly a better team. They have lost two games in the west this year, one v. ari and one v. stl, however they should have one both. They clearly shot themselves in the foot in both games. With Frank Gore's dominance and Smith improving every game they 49ers will once again be a force. Do you agree or disagree.

My thighs are already sore from exercises like duck walks and frog jumps. And they are really sore. I don't run a lot, but would like to today. Is it ok to go ahead and run? Or will it make it worse?

this is a friendly rematch between the Buffers and the Warriors..remember the Warriors won the final on penalties! so you think we should relive the spirit again?

2nd danielekhalad ran all throught the buffers defense...only to be stopped but the overdominating juventina!!

10th doober ran lonf volley towards the goal..and crossed the ball to justlikesugar who headbutted the ball in the net for a spectacular goal!! 1-0

20th: touzours passed a quick volley towards mimizizou06 but her shot went over the bar.

32nd: Naty intercepted a pass from andygurl and quickly passed to zizourocks. her long shot went over the bar and lost a chance for a goal.

35th:miz boons passed to ivan who quickly shot the ball towards the goal but was blocked by tommygun

45th touzours tried to equalize with a header but juventina slapped the ball away, dude quicly kicked to the goal but was shot over the bar

the whistle blew and the first half ended...Buffers 1-0 Warriors

I have a taylormade driver that is R&A approved but illegal in the usa. A young golf assistant pro showed me that you can shave the face in the sweetspot to make it thinner and have a higher COR. I have one of the 8 degree Callaway 454 drivers. I had an xx shaft put in it at standard length. The young pro took fine metal grade sandpaper and sanded the sweet spot to the metal changed colors. This made the Callaway driver hotter than the illegal taylormade. I played 3 rounds of golf and hit practice balls two times. In the middle of the 3rd round the face of the callaway dented. I was carrying it about 330 yds. So has anyone else tried this.
