Sports - 12 December 2006

I don't swim very long about 45 minutes to 1 hour with a 5 minute break 3-4 times a week, but I am developing swimmers shoulder.

I am just a beginner so my technique is probably really bad. I am trying to improve my technique by following some tips I found on the internet.

Does any one have any other suggestions?

Which RB should I start in week 15? Ahman Green against Detroit or Ladell Betts against New Orleans?? Green hasnt been that great but he's been solid and he's playing a Detroit D that was tore apart by Pinner last week. Betts has been playing like a #1 fantasy back and put up 171 yards last week. The Saints are not good at all against the run but the Redskins will probably be playing from behind early against the Saints and therfore Betts won't get the touches. Help me out here!?!

an example would be vince young of the titans. the coaches decided to get full advantage of his talents, they simplified the playbook and don't ask him to do alot. they don't demand that he reads defenses or pre-snap reads like other qbs. and it's helped him become the most dominant young qb in the league.

another example would be matt leinart of the cardinals. he leads the same type of offense that kurt warner had...which required him to make audibles, checks, reads, and everything. and he's struggled...although his o line isn't much help.

in the game versus USC and UCLA.........

why wasnt the INT reviewed by NCAA officials???????

it seemed to me like every call in the season that had importance to a game was reviewed, even if we saw it was clearly the right call. but this time it looked like it had hit the ground before the player got possesion. i have DVR and i paused it and slow motioned it many of times. i recored it and showed it to many of my friends and they all agreed with me.

im not a USC fan, in fact i hate them.

im just saying the NCAA messed up and the PAC-10 messed up again....if you're gonna review every single call and then not decide to review a very big play that has national chanpionship possibilities thats wrong.....if you're gonna do it for one team you have to do it to every other team as well

One of our Yahoo martial art community was attacked and I read some answers and thought of this question to raise discussion not arguments. I am wondering if anyone out there is training women "softer" because of their sex?
Possibly it is unintentional as society teaches us to be gentle with ladies. Look around at your school before answering honestly please. I have seen and corrected cases of this at our school.
