I think it is Jason Richardson. He has done so well over the years and players like Ben Gordon get more attention. (Also Michael Redd is under-rated I think)

David Lee, from the NY Knicks. He does everything right. He doesn't get recognized by ESPN because he isn't a big scorer, he gets a lot of rebounds, and does the little things like set picks for the guys who do score (Crawford, Marbury). He's also got the highest jump for a white guy I've ever seen.

J rich is under rated but take it from me it isnt Monta Ellis either. The answer is rasheed Wallace. Rasheed can do anything but doesnt get the credit

Well....one thing I must say to the guy who thinks greatness is shown by how many rings you have, is totally INCORRECT! No matter how great a player is you have to have the team to help you win the championship...Basketball is a team sport, no matter how awesome you are, *you cant do it alone!!

But to the point-I feel one of the most underrated players is Fabricio Oberto....from the San Antonio Spurs-Im not a fan of them...But I watched him play the other night-and he was doing awesome!! And what was sad is I am a huge fan of the NBA and had never heard of his name....He is one of the starting five and is rarely mentioned!!

Andres nocioni, he can shoot 3's, get inside the paint, play defense and has the all around game without the drama out side like kobe and other players. he is a modest player and is the most under-rated player in my eyes.

Great performance is one thing, but greatness is counted by # of rings. As you can see neither have on???? I believe the most underated player is-Sam Cassel....He indeed has no championship, but he can take an;y team in the NBA and make them a contender.
