Are the players not responsible in any way? Are players ever sacked? If the manager is the only one responsible is that to say that the players are just pawns? This question sparked off on the back on Alan Pardew being sacked from West Ham.

Why is it that the cavs where so stupid in lebrons rookie year, im realy surprised they were smart enough to know they had number 1 pick if they were as stupid when he was drafted as they were during the season he would brobly not be playing for the cavs, but honestly why did they trade D-miles for just Jeff McCinnis and ricky davis for eric williams,kedrick brown and tony battie? them are the dummest trades ever they could realy use them 2 right now allthough they are having a verry great season
