My school's varsity boys basketball team needs some good, upbeat music to come out to at their home games. The only catch is, it's a Christian school and therefore we have to have "clean" lyrics. Any good ideas? Thanks so much!!!

Last year I did cheerleading and I was a backspot because we stunted with elementary students, but this year at my new high school I couldn't try out for cheer because I'm a new student. However, I talked to some of the cheerleaders and they said that if I make the team next year, which I probably will, I could be a flyer. I"m 5'2 and about 115 lbs. How should I prepare to be a flyer?

My daughter is interested in being a serious gymnast. She is 11 and will be about 5' 8" and wants to try to compete at World Championships. Anyone know how tall the average competitive female gymnast is? And for a young girl who has just begun her gymnastic career. Any advice?

By exercising I mean Tae Kwon Do - I think that kicking may stretch the tattooed area....obviously I won't spar 'till the peeling and healing is done as I don't want the tattoo knocked...and what about treadmill running too? Any good advice appreciated.

I have played MLB 2K4,5, and 6. MLB06 and The Show. Slugfest 03. None of these games have Kevin Millar or Barry Bonds. The Show also doesn't have Royce Clayton or Kyle Snyder.

(In my games I like to keep my rosters up to date. Clayton for Nats, Snyder for Sox. That's why I noticed they weren't there).
