He's retired, and he also competed as Giant Gonzales. He
is confined to a wheelchair, lives in a carehome, is unmarried,
and doesn't have any children. He wears tight knee braces to
stand. He is currently living at his birth town while he is been
treated from diabetes and a muscular disability that does not allowed him to walk properly, sponsored by a local medical organization.

He was Giant Gonzales in WWE, real name is Jorge Gonzales, and he was so tall due to a medical condition, which is probably the same one that has him in a wheelchair, if the other poster was correct.
I know he was in Hogan's TV back in the 90's for an episode
