I run cross country. is it better to slowly run faster and just try and increase it that way or should you run at a certain pace for a long time then run it faster so you chop off about 30 seconds and then run at that pace till its not as hard and continue with that?

any help is appreciated!

I've a huge fan of premiership football. One thing that always amazes me is the enormous amount of attention that David Beckhman gets as a player. I've followed the careers of Thierry Henry, Micheal Owen, and Van Nistelrooy. These guys can practically make shots with their eyes closed. Beckham on the other hand is far less frequent. So what justifies the attention?

Are the bengals the mascot for the University of Cincinnati or just the NFL team for Cincinnati? My friend says that her cousin to to UC and that they are the bengals but I think that the bengals are the NFL team.

Here in Montreal it's #84 Guillaume Latendresse, 19 y-o amazing player! Last year he did great with the Habs but was returned to his junior team because he was only 18!
