do you train in your karate suit or in normal clothes and i find it difficult to wake up like 7 in the morning to do martial arts i have always wanted to get up and do it in the morning but cant drag myself out of bed. will i learn how to cope with this lazyness in martial arts

I think that this time Champions Trophy will be a real boring event, because I dont think that all teams can do well on subcontinent pitches, and I have a feeling that it will be a competition between PAKISTAN, INDIA & SRILANKA, I dont think that Aussies, Proteas or Brits can do well this time... So among those three that I've mentioned I'm going for "PAKISTAN", no biased opinion just their recent performance has showed that Pakistan has got the best combination and I think Pakistan or Sri Lanka will lift the cup...
