I'm not sure how old you are so I don't know if you have other responsibilities such as children, spouse, work, school. Most people do not have the time or money to completely absorb themselves in fighting techniques. Most people that do usually don't have much else. For example, the young fighters on the Ultimate Fighter 1,2,3, most of them don't have a pot to p*ss in. If your martial arts program is important to you, you can make the time for it. It just takes a little motivation. BTW, who have you found that is willing to train you at 7 am?

I have been training in martial arts for over 15years. In this time i have a black belt in taekwon-do a 1st dan that is. And a 3rd dan in free style kickboxing. And during my time training. I have put to birthdays on hold to train and compete for to british title. I have not seen my girl freind at that time for weeks at a time to train 4 grading. Yes i would say that over the years martial arts has been a big part of my life and still is. And always will be.

I dont train early in the morning. If im not awake why should I train what will I learn? My training is part of a routine. I usually only train with senseis and learn new stuff with them. The only reason I think people should wake up @ 7 is to go to school or work

You must learn to make yourself do the things your body dose't feel like doing. Like you know you should get up early and go to school. But your body says NO NO a litte bit more! But you get up any ways and do what you know is right.
If you really want to be a great Martial Artisit then you must act like you are. Tony Jaa and Jet Li both trained 8 hours a day everyday. And the results made them one of the best. Keep a clean mind and force yourself to do what you really want. You'll reget it if you don't.

I usually train later at night when I'm by myself. I never go for 7 am, I am so not a morning person. My classes are in the afternoon and if I'm at home I train at 7 or 8 pm, since I'm totally awake at that time.
Yes, it is and always has been part of my life.

I trained morning and night for seveal years, but ultimately this resulted in injuries. Train in the afternoon or early evening when your joints and spine are well lubricated and your muscles loose, and don't train alone if you want to be motivated instead of bored.
