It depends on a lot of things. People grow at different paces than others and often those paces change. I was 5'8" in 7th grade and I figured I could dunk by the time I was a freshman in high school; I'm now a freshman in college, and I'm still waiting. :-P

if you can jump up and grab the rim you can dunk.take off on 1 foot and glide a little as you get to the rim the ball goes in

depends on if you get taller, fatter, stronger....
running up steps. power slides, power skips, jumping in place..... jumping 50 yards. . i have more...
