He's leading the Busch Series standings by more than 600 points, in fact he's a Nextel Cup regular. Harvick is ruining the potential careers of future Nextel Cup Series and wouldn't give the Busch regulars a chance.

well get out of your chaingang way of thinking and use your brain to think back, when he first lost the title edge beat him fair,at ecw one night stand rvd beat him fair because the match was under extreme rules, anything goes so stop bitching.when edge kicks his *** again and sends him to smackdown you chaingang fools can go over there and cheer all you want because that's where second rate wrestlers and fans belong.

My first thought is of course the 72' Dolphins..still the only team to have a perfect season, who could forget names like Griese, Csonka, Jake Scott, Paul Warfield, Mercury Morris and a shut down safety named Dick Anderson who was MVP in the Super Bowl.

then the great Steelers teams of the 1970's, Swann, Bradshaw, Jack Ham, Mean Jo, Dwight White, Franco Harris and on and on....

but I believe the team that had the most dominate single year...was the 1985 Chicago Bears! This town was singing Super Bowl Songs by game 5 that season! They did have one loss to Miami...then went on to CRUSH the 2nd best team in the Super-Bowl 63-3 or something...or close to it..unbelievable!

what's your pick?

We all know to be the best you have to beat the rest. And we all know Southern Cal football ain't the best. I'm tired of people saying Southern Cal is the best when they never faced any tough teams. They get a bye to the championship for beating all those sorry teams from the West Coast. And if they did face a team from the SEC it always be somebody sorry like Arkansas, Ole Miss, Vandy. They would not face Miami, FSU, Florida, Auburn, LSU, Georgia, Tennessee, or Clemson. Because they would get they A$$ kick badly. Especially last year, Reggie Bush look so great to everybody because he faced teams with no defense, teams from the Pac10. You saw what happen to him against Texas. HA. 95 yards. TRASH. The Pac 10 is the sorriest conference ever. Never ever dominated football. It always one or two teams that were ............. Aight.

I recently read a book about Edwardian England and came across a story about this by a guy called George Ovington whose brother played for West Auckland - an amateur team of miners. Can anyone tell me more or where I can find more details? Thankyou in advance.

What's up with the lack of scoring? We had one game (Sea-Det) where neither team scored 10 points. We had four more games (NO-Cle, StL-Den, NE-Buf, Min-Was)where neither team broke 20 points. There were three shutouts (Bal-TB, Chi-GB, SD-Oak) and only one team (Arizona) scored more than 28 points. 19 of the 32 teams scored 17 or fewer points. Are defenses really this good, or is this just bad offense?
