He knows how to coach. He just needs to work on the Miami's Defense Backs.
I hope Miami makes it to the Super Bowl, but they have a long road to travel.

LOL....potential Super Bowl Champs????? Isn't every team in the league a 'potential' Super Bowl Champ this time of year? Saban has done nothing yet. I'd save any praise for if or when he ever does.

NFL players do not like being disciplined - they tend to look for someone to respect like the Steeler players do with Bill Cowher.
Spurrier did not succeed when he was with the Redskins. Very few college coaches can successfully coach in the NFL.
