Hi! I'm 13 playing on an Elite hockey team and I have always dreamed
of being in the NHL. I am an avid runner, tennis player, soccer player,
and baseball player, but hockey is what I really LOVE. I am a very hard
worker and want a training regimen to make me a better hockey player. I
want something I can do everyday that will make me a better all around
hockey player mentally and what I want, physically. I don't want you
to tell me a bunch of drills, but a schedule I can use all year. I was
thinking a weekly schedule?

P.S. I have a slide board, medicine ball, smart hockey balls, and some
minor weights!
