You can have some brownies which have been pre cooked and in a stay fresh container, also banana pudding is good as well and can stay in the cooler.

Fruit Ka-Bobs (from the grill). Not everybody does them and they're is NO CLEANUP. Also very easy to prep/cook/eat.

Pre-cut brownies, with LOTS of extra stuff in them (like candy bars, M&M's, toffee pieces and the like).
