i consintrate on my breathing, and hold my breathe and jump, and i am able to jump higher, but i was wondering, what else should i practice to jump higher? by holding my breathe and really consintrate on my breathing, i can lighten how heavy i apear. and tha helps me jump higher, i am really flexible, and sometimes try to boost my chi, and ill practice my skills and things teachers have taught me. what else would you recomend practicing for jumping higher? anything in this catagory is welcomed, thanks.

Is there any meaning/symbolism behind the helmet design of the Michigan Wolverines?

Helmets are usually blank w/ midline strip, have a letter or symbol that represent the team name or university, but I don't get the yellow on blue design of Mighigan's helmet. Can you help me understand?

Does anyone have a picture of fullback Jack Shapiro? He played one season in the NFL, 1929 for the Staten Island Stapletons. I believe the smallest football player ever at 5'2", 126 pounds. I looked on the major search engines (Google and Yahoo) and didnt find anything. So if anyone has a picture or has found one, please post a link to it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
