What is a derailleur? Is all-aluminum OK or should the fork be something else? I see a lot of Shimano shifting mechanisms, even on low-end bikes. Are these good, or is there something else? What's a good material for a saddle? I have also seen gel covers.

All TDs are 6pts. I have the first pick and think a top QB will score much more with +1 for complete/ -1 for incomplete (around 150+ pts. right there) Is it still RBs first or should I go for Peyton at 1? Of course, that would mean RBs at #24 and 25 overall. Thanks for the help.

my coach says all of us have to start swimming wednesday no excuses or he'll take 20pts off our grade... we're having some kind of compedition on wednesday to see which level we're gonna be in. any ideas to keep my knee from hurting? I can't swim fast if it hurts.

I am looking at a few bikes--any riders out there? What's the best brand? What kind of equipment is the best? I plan to ride on the paths mostly, except for a couple unpaved walking paths in my area, but still pretty beaten down, as trails go. No heavy-duty trail riding...yet. I want something good that's going to last. I know Schwinn bikes the best but I know there are better brands now. My options, which are mostly comfort mountain-type in the same price range, are:

TREK
-Hybrid 7100 bike path
-Hardtail 3700 or 3900 mountain aluminum

why are all the commentators and some of the eagles players sound ing like terrell owens was the cause of all there problems last year. it wasnt t.o that gave up 49 points vs. denver, it wasnt t.o. that fell behind 30 points vs kansas city, it wasnt t.o. that threw the ball right to roy williiams vs. dallas. nobody complained when westbrook was holding out of camp for a new contract., no one said anything when trotter wanted more money before he bolted to the redskins. t.o didnt lose 42-0 to seattle on monday night. they keep saying mcnabb looks good and hes nimble etc. he's like this every year before the season starts. he's a pro. he should be. what matters is what he does in the playoffs. the eagles is 5-6 in the playoffs since 2000. 1-3 in nfc championship games. 0-1 in superbowls. mcnabb has more than 6-7 interceptions in the playoffs. t.o isnt their problem, quick stat. owens, 20 tds in 21 games with eagles. 9-122 yards in superbowl 39

I have M. Hasselbeck, C. Palmer, and J. Delhomme. I was thinking about offering Palmer to a guy who only has 1 QB which is Eli Manning for his RB Tomlinson. He has 3 other good RBs. Edgrin James is one. Only reason I would give up Palmer is because of his knee injury might become a factor. Give me some input please.

i am a Cowboy fan and i really think they have a good chance on making it bcuz the have T.O. and the games cowboys lost last year was mostly by 3 or less points against hrdcore teams and this year they r gonna be better so they might make all the way!
