All TDs are 6pts. I have the first pick and think a top QB will score much more with +1 for complete/ -1 for incomplete (around 150+ pts. right there) Is it still RBs first or should I go for Peyton at 1? Of course, that would mean RBs at #24 and 25 overall. Thanks for the help.

I would go with the RB in either Alexander, LJ, or LT. True, you'll miss on Peyton Manning, but quarterbacks won't again be taken until wayy later. There is such a huge difference between the first running back picked and what you'll get @ 24 in the RB department. Pick up a solid RB, then go for a Tom Brady, or maybe an Eli Manning @ 24. You'll also be able to pick up another solid RB or maybe even a high-caliber receiver. Either way, it's a win-win. The fantasy point margin between Peyton Manning and Tom Brady/Eli Manning/Matt Hasselbeck will be NO WAY bigger than the margin between say Alexander and Willie Parker or whoever you get down at 24.

with the first pick definetly get lj or shaun because the 24 pick theres nott going to be many good rbs but theres still prety good qb like delhome palmer mcnabb plummer green bulger maybe even tom dont pick a qb first because an incomplete pass is -1 so if peyton is 20/40 that is 0 points

i would seriously think about it. you need to show your complete scoring for me to make an informed recommendation. as a general rule of thumb though, it's harder to get an above average rb than an above average qb. imho, i think you should still get an rb first and take a qb later.
