You guys ever going to stop this. Ok short answer to a stupid question, it is against the RULES(laws) to play football without a helmet NOW so NO. Their are conditions where you are allowed to drive a motorcycle in PA without a helmet. Note the word DRIVE, the Passenger technically has to wear one at all times.
