The US would rather forget that Czech Rep. game and they said so. They came back fighting wanting to win after a harsh talk by Arena.
Don't forget the goal US scored on Italy in the 2nd half, the one that passed between McBride's legs (no offside). The referee disallowed it. I don't know...
Arena, for some reason, was reluctant to make Eddie Johnson play, he is a great striker. Eric Wynalda and Julie Foudy said in their commentaries after the game that Arena had made a mistake by not using Johnson .
In short, they played well.

How many in the US know about football.If u ask 'em they would be talking abt NFL.Similiar to the fact that most in US dont know abt Formula1.Atleast football(soccer) exists in Schools and galz luv guys playing football.
Anyways back to the question they weren't organized and were nervous.But hail Mcbride,the hero of USA.I hope to see more of him in EPL.

who cares? theyre not even that good. they're too cocky. and they only had ONE goal. plus tha goal they had against italy was an OWN GOAL. so basically, they didn't score against italy, it was all an accident.

we sucked, but no big deal, we don't care about soccer anyway. we're just glad football season is only 12 days away, sept. 7th.
oh, and we don't care about formula 1 either. NASCAR rules. and here in the US, galz assume guyz who play soccer are gay
