I'm known for my brutally down to earth, realistic, good old fashion hard core training, and none of that 10 years old black belt, too deadly to spar, "train 10 second a day 5 days a week and turn into a a55 kicker" crap! So I have been getting two or three hate emails a week.

So I decide to make a thread to let all those hater cry it all out and express their anger at me here. So please don't hesistate to tell me how much you hate me and how your Aikido, Tai Chi, or whatever blackbelt you own since you were in your daddy's nuts sack will kick my ***.

So cmon let it all out so I don't need to deal with anymore hate email!

Tonight the twins ad sox played...twins won 5-4 (GO TWINS)....and ther is 2 outs 2 strikes no balls, bottom of the ninth a runner on 2nd, jermaine dye is batting, he fowls it just off 1st base, j. mornea is running after it and the fan hits it out of the way so justin couldnt catch it.......so justin would have caught it anyways ..most likely....but the ump calls it an out by fan interference....why is that guy so stupid?

THE CATHOLIC Church in Scotland has lambasted the decision by the Procurator Fiscal to issue Celtic goalkeeper Artur Boruc with an official caution for making the sign of the cross at Ibrox in an Old Firm match last season. The caution was issued after a six-month police investigation into the incident, which is said to have angered a section of the Rangers support, who in turn complained to police.
Speaking to the SCO earlier this week, a spokesperson for the Crown Office admitted that Artur Boruc had been issued with "an
alternative to prosecution," which usually signifies that the person
under investigation has been issued with a fine, or in this case a
caution. The Polish star is reported to have been completely baffled by the decision to issue him with a caution.

...on my team has developed the habit of swinging the bat all the way around on the follow through, until it hits her opposite shoulder. She has actually developed a severe bruise on the side of her arm because of this. She is a very good contact hitter, so as a coach I don't want to mess with what is working, but on the other hand I don't want her to end up with a bad habit that will end up hurting her in the long run. She is in excellent condition and has no other problems that I can see in her swing. Opinions or Advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Some people in this site like Italy and others like France...

But I like both of them..

It's because :

*Italy : Have a great and quality players.They won FIFA WC 2006 in Germany last July.I'm very exciting when they beat Germany with 2 goals in 2 minutes..

*France : Have a great and quality players too.Althrough they didn't win FIFA WC,they beat Brazil and it's make me feel amazing..
