James, the individual teams set the prices for both events. And they won't even be offered until Sept., and only from teams in contention for the playoffs. If you're a season ticket holder you get first choice for playoff and possible World Series tickets. If you're team is not in contention I suggest you got to www.stubhub.com They have the best deals of the online brokers. Don't trust individual sellers, there are alot of frauds.

i am a Yankees season ticket holder, for my seats which are in the bleachers the first round are pretty affordable about doulbe the regular pricewhich is $10 bucks a game per seat{regular season} alcs tickets are usuall triple the price and world series if the american league has home field they are about 5 times if the national has home field 6 times, for all 11 potential home games in the playoffs the price for my seats{2} generally cost me about 1100 or so

they go form an array of prices, yankee stadium ticket prices go up like 20% in their ticket prices for the playoffs.
