If God changes not, and he gave the gift of the Holy Ghost to the early church (with the evidence of speaking in other tongues), then why did he change and take the gift away?

Was he a respecter of the early church more than today"s church?

i mean between seeing the eye of horus a lot, on many things. and me reading people well, their eyes, and their being, from how they act, how i know them, and just say hi. i get really good/bad vibes from people i don't know. and many of my predictions coming true...such as a relative's death or illness, or my own problems...i was wondering am i a natural witch. i know a lot of my makeup is of native american and african american blood. so maybe that has something to do with it. but i can always tell if someone is staring at me, and they are behind me, or if someone is talking about me and i'm not around...so how do i know if this is my birth right? i also think cats are sacred too. i've always thought that. i've always seen people for who they are, and i'm rarely deceived...i often know what my tarot card reading will say before i lay out the cards...so i was wondering if i'm a natural witch? how would i ever know?

ive been reading your book
and so far i am left with many questions
#1 do you guys belive in reincarnation,or life after death, aside from fellow JWs,do you think if your not a JW you just die?

#2 why did Jehovah stop talking to us,like he did back in the begining? just because he allowed satan to do his work,is no reason that he should also abandon his people
your book talks of a'' teacher who allowed satan to show his point.''.but that teacher did not leave the room for satan to completly rule it!!

if Jehovah is not sadistic, then when the time comes ''revelation'' why is it neccesary for him to allow another 7 years of horrific suffering..havnt we the humans already sufferd enough!! seems very unneccesary&sadistic to end the world or allow satan to put a deeper impact on human sufering at its end??

and last #4 what about diseases? it states yes.that Jehovah allowed satan to cause/allow evil but isnt ''disease'' also allowing him to create..thats just not right

where God

When Christ said "Give to Caesar what is Caesar's and to God what is God's" was he referring to the separation of church and state?

I know this is a popular line for discussion about this, to me I think it is very clear that it refers to the separation of church and state, but I'm curious as to what the argument is from someone with a more "Fundamentalist" Christian point of view?

(Please note if your a Christian I have nothing but respect, I really don't appreciate people who answer as if I'm trying to bash their religion)

I feel so lost for some reason, I don't seem to fit with any religion, including atheist, and I can't seem to find my place. Yes I may only be 13 but it still feels like I should be doing something other than playing video games, messing on the internet, and doing school work. Any suggestions?

WIll no one acknowledge that there is a problem in the Muslim world? While it is true that not all Muslims accept this violence, there are an awful lot that do. One Muslim recently was brave enough to acknowledge the fact that Muslims are responsible for most terrorism perpetrated today. Not hundreds of years ago but TODAY.

I asked this before, but I think many people chose to miss the point.

Would you take the actions and words of Fred Phelps (www.godhatesamerica.com) and his church and judge the whole of Christianity by them? No? Then why judge Islam by jihadists and those that hurt and kill? Why assume that those who preach hate in Christianity are the whackos, but those who preach hate in Islam MUST be the accurate representations of their religion?

How many people believe that you have to speak in tongues to get to heaven? As I am starting to walk closer with god I truly believe certain religions are majoring in minor things, such as focusing so much energy in tongues. So my question is two fold- Do you have to speak in tongues to get to heaven? And is there a superior religion?

God seems to revel in testing mankind (Job is a prime example).

It has something to do with giving us free will.

So, if when we get to Heaven, we are not tested anymore, doean that mean that God takes our free will away?

When people get to Heaven, or the angels that are in Heaven now, do they still have free will? Is it impossible for there to be another Heavenly rebellion, or will we be too fulfilled to do that?

Does that mean that the angels in Heaven were not originally properly fulfilled, or they would not have rebelled?

Where is the eternal security that Christians seem so obsessed with?
