Yes, it is. Because they probably did it themselves and they don't realize how big of a problem it actually is.

When I was a freshman a few years back, I was surprised that peer pressure wasn't more pervasive. The biggest pressure is from within, I found.
Tons of drinking still, and hey, in most other countries it's legal to drink at 18. Problem is, we've made it such a "forbidden fruit" here that the binge drinking problems shouldn't be a big surprise.

Well, I heard that is you start drinking it is again the law if your not 21 or over (Earth law like what Presidents and police people go by).
God says it's a sin to get drunk. Idk if it's a BAD bad sin, but you are aloud to drink from what God said other wise Jesus would have sinned when he drank wine and he has not sinned and he is not a sinner.
That's what I can tell you.
I would say if you don't wanna get drunk don't drink alot of alchole items and don't eat to much of what has alchole like beer and stuff in it you might get a little tipsy.
If you wanna drink then maybe also drink stuff that has less alchole in it.
Idk if booz will be a probley and idk how much that have to drink until they are drunk and idk how much alchole it has in it. I'm not an expert on alchole I'm just a 13 year old girl that knows some stuff and if I spell words wrong then sorry I'm not the best speller eigther.
idk = I don't know.
well bye.

I'm afraid it is a very big problem. College kids always
in trouble with the law for driving drunk and other things
they do when under the influence that get them in trouble
and sometimes get a girl in pregnancy trouble also. I
don't laugh at this at all.....I wish they'd grow up and quit
doing things from peer pressure and stand up for doing
what's right. Kegs seem to be standard procedure in
dorms, apartments, and fraternities.

using fact they have fallen prey to look stress and are attempting to greater healthful into the college custom of being under the impression of alcohol idiots 24/7. the unhappy element approximately that's that doing so at the type of critical age will stunt the form of their social abilities. I understand adult males and ladies who drank heavily in school and that they are so socially inept that that's no longer humorous. so they carry to drink as a crutch and easily become being total losers who maximum effective socialize with like-minded losers. If college toddlers understand what's surprising for them, they're going to interest on their reports (that's the reason they're going to could desire to be there interior the 1st area) and drink maximum effective mildly if mandatory. i do no longer drink and that i'm overjoyed for it. i ought to have relaxing without it.

Actually, most college kids have no problem drinking booze, and often lots of it. So, I'd say no.

It depends on how you define problem. It's not so long since I was at Uni, and I used to drink lots, I don't see why others shouldn't too. And yes it is fine.

It is a problem in as much as what it leads to, both immediate regrets or the kind of alcoholism seen in my post-frat friends.
