Well even if they weren't white they were SOMETHING... Even if they were both black, then why are there white people? If they were Asian, why are there black people?

I had never heard that Adam and Eve where white, only that they didn't have belly buttons. I heard that different languages came about b/c of Jacob's ladder, maybe b/c of the different languages it also brought out the different races. If you think about it that might make sense b/c if everyone when to different places around the world it would be because they broke up to different clans due to which ever group of language that they understood. Or it all could just be crap to cover up evolution.

I didn't know that I believed that Adam and Eve were white, but I'll add that to the list of things that I didn't know that I believed as a Christian until some Evangelical atheist/agnostic on yahoo answers told me, like the earth is only 6,000 years old and flat...etc.
Now, to point out the flaw in your logic...if they were any other race then how would you explain the other races? Oh wait, I forgot that as a Christian I apparently don't believe in adaptation or evolution either.
I sure am glad you people are here to tell me what I believe and don't believe in.

Who told you they were white? Human life started in Africa, that is a fact that cannot be disputed.
There is actually some evidence that there was an Eve. Scientists who have examined mythocondrial DNA (which is used to determine one's origin through and is carried to the next generation by mothers) have concluded that modern humans can all find our origins in a single female ancestor (very interesting).

Based on scientific information, the first human beings came from a region of north africa. I have no idea what color they were, nor does anyone else. The color of a persons skin comes from two things....genetics...and exposure to sunlight. I have no idea why we are different from one another. Man is the only creature to my knowlege that has had to deal with this problem. Only a freak of nature produces an animal that is colored differently than his or her parents...or genetic makeup....such as is the case with an albino.

Have you ever heard of the Tower of Babble in the OT?
If you read all about it then you will learn from it that this is where it all started. Before that I think it was all olive skinned people.
But this does not bother me as in Heaven if we all get there, we will be like Jesus. No more race problems, no more marriage problems, no more wars......don't you want to go there also? Then become born again by the water and the Spirit (John 3:5).
