This event goes against the most observable fact of nature. People die, and they do not come back to life. Based upon this observable evidence the resurrection did not happen either.

By the way, if you deny the resurrection, you cannot be saved. Romans 10:8-10.

Do you see the contradiction? Or do you not really believe after all?

New research assesses the impact of the collapse of the North American (Laurentide) Ice Sheet, 8000 years ago. The results indicate a catastrophic rise in global sea level led to the flooding of the Black Sea and drove dramatic social change across Europe.

researchers created reconstructions of the Mediterranean and Black Sea shoreline before and after the rise in sea levels. They estimated that nearly 73,000 square km of land was lost to the sea over a period of 34 years. Based on our knowledge of historical population levels, this could have led to the displacement of 145,000 people.

Archaeological evidence shows that communities in southeast Europe were already practising early farming techniques and pottery production before the Flood. With the catastrophic rise in water levels it appears they moved west, taking their culture into areas inhabited by hunter-gatherer communities.

My father was told by doctors he had 24 hours to live. He still didn't ask me how to get saved. He survived that ordeal. Then 21 months later he died peacefully without fear. He knew about "Holiness or Hell". I gave him a chick tract and showed him a "hearse card" but neither instilled the fear of God. Does this mean there is no Hell after all? I have almost become a disbeliever in it after many years as a believer in eternal torment. I have strongly leaned more toward reincarnation (yes, still as a Christian). Hell is experienced between lives and the final one is death of the soul.

That is an interesting question. I believe we a HUMANS are god.

Why is that ?
1. God made the planets, the universe and us. Therefore, we are part of God. The part of God makes us GOD ourselves like Zeus did with Hercules.

2. We create Life. (Cloning or simply giving birth to a baby).

Thoughts ? Are WE GOD ?

Where does this belief come from? Do the Christians that believe this understand that this is an impossibility?

We have only 1 GOD the one who created Mankind the Earth and the Heavens..
GOD's ORAL LAW-The TEN COMMANDMENTS were for every single person to live by on planet earth

We have one path to eternal life- Jesus Christ who came through the Jews GOD's Chosen people to be a light to the Gentiles
THAT ALL OF US FALL SHORT OF GOD'S GLORY and need a reedemer who paid for our sins so we may be housed with a PERFECT GOD.
Everything has purpose in life all religions do, astronomy and science does, astrology does, GOD gives human beings all types of ways to see his creation..HOWEVER ...GOD said we worship 1 GOD only, he who lives in heaven Jesus incarnate all other is Idol Worship.... What other person who came to this earth said

*Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit*
Matthew 28:19

He is a bully and attacks only the weaker members of our team, unfortunately his brother-in-law works there to and is a manager so i think this guy feels he can get away with his bullying. I'm not a christian in the way the church portrays but i do believe in a higher force and he makes me angry that he hids behind his cross and beliefs to be so nasty to people.
For example today he went up to the weakest and quietest member of staff coughed right in his face and told him that it was because he gave him his virus. this was done with menace and lots of swearing. I have asked for a copy of the companys anti-bullying data so that it can be put up at work for all to see.

"Let every soul be subjection to the superior authorities, for there is no authority except by God."

"Becuase the minding of the flesh means enmity with God, for it is under subjection to the law of God, for those who are in harmony witht the flesh cannot pleas God."

"for the minding of the fleash means death, but the minding of the spirit means enmity, with God."

"For through the undeserved kindness to me I tell everyone there among you not think more of himself than it is necessary to think"

"One man judges one day as above another; another man judges one day as all others; let each man be fully convinced in his own mind"

"But why do you judge your brother? Or why do you also look down on your brother? For we shall all stand before the judgement seat of God"

Therefore let us not be judging one another any longer, but rather make this your decision , not to put before a brother a stumbling block or cause for tripping"

Does God care if you believe because you actively chose to have faith, or you were systematically brainwashed, or rationally examined evidence, or concluded based on illogical arguments, or decided to become a Pascalean Gambler?

Are all believers rewarded (entrance to Heaven) or does the method matter?

Let's make this scenario: You die, go to heaven. Your family dies, they go to heaven too. Now, heaven is suppose to be eternal life...right? That's what most religions believe, that after you die you live eternally.

So, simple question: Isn't it reasonable to say that you and your family are not going to get along for all eternity? Hell, after a thousand years (just making up a number, I know there is no sense of time in the world to come), you would probably abandon them! And then what?
