Pray for him!
"Oh, my Jesus, forgive us our sins.
Save us from the fires of hell.
Lead all souls to heaven,
especially those in most need of your mercy"

Sounds like an exorcism is needed here. Make sure you send a memo on the subject to the MD for discussion at the next board meeting! Good Luck!

wow, I am so sorry that that is the perception of a Christian that you have received. Unfortunately, there are many people who claim to be followers of Christ because it makes them feel good or it's what they've grown up as...NOT because it's how they live and act and speak. I'm reading a book right now called "UnChristian" that has a lot of research concerning the perceptions of Christians today. It also encourages Christians to change their lives and that if they really are followers of Christ, then their only goal is to mirror HIS life (which was LOVE!).
Here's the site for the book - give it a look

I know a headteacher at a primary school who takes visable pleasure in making people unhappy. He has committed some acts that I can only describe as evil to his staff and has caused a number of them to leave. He shows little or no care to the children in his charge and yet he claims to be a devout christian. In my experience some people use their religions as a get out of jail free card. As if as long as they pray and are seen to go to church (or other holy building) they are guaranteed a place in heaven and so it doesn't matter what they do. Truly good people have morality as well as or instead of religion.

What a jerk. Try and get him fired. Having a religion doesn't mean you're a good person. You could be an athiest and be the nicest person in the world, while a christian like this guy can be nasty and mean and evil.

Intentionally coughing on someone could be construed as an assault. If the company does nothing and the employee suffers, the company could be sued.
The person you've described as a bully should be terminated before they become a greater liability.

confront him and the manager about this and say if he continues and your manager won't do anything NOW then you will go above the managers head (if possible) but be sure to have all the staff being bullied behind you so it doesn't seem like you are the one with a grudge.
the team can refuse to work with him also

I don't know if this is true, or an attempt to make Christians look bad. Well, if it is true, I can tell you that the guy is NO christian. This is what God says about hypocritical believers who think they can get to heaven by occasionally doing a few nice things, but being a jerk 95% of the time: 'Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.'

Often, the bully does not know how to relate to others and fails to understand the feelings of those he intimidates. He needs to be monitored and taught to communicate properly. The book Take Action Against Bullying says: “Unless new behaviors are learned and adopted, bullies continue to bully throughout their lifetime. They bully their mates, their children, and possibly their underlings in their place of business.”
